We came in with a stray dog on the evening of Janurary 25th and the staff did essentially nothing to help us. We were told that they couldn't give us any information on the owner, that they sent the own a facebook message, and that we could either sit with the dog for as long as it would take for the owner to respond to a facebook message or take the unknown dog back to our home with 2 cats. While the girl who helped us could not give us any information on the owner of the dog b/c it would be a "violation of privacy" she graciously kept offering us to leave and leave our phone number so that she could give it to the owner if they ever responded. I understand that the goal of your franchise is to turn a profit and to not participate ion charity work, but you couldn't have been less helpful or more disinterested in helping a dog that we found in the middle of the highway. The girl who "helped us" (they heavyset girl with blond hair) also suggested that we could go back to where we found

I still miss molly my yellow lab, and all the doctors were so helpful . Cancer of the spleen could not be cured . I've always gotten excellent care at BLue Pearl Vets with all my pets.

The clinic across the street has been in business for many years. Why? Because of the caring staff, professional service, and the ability to treat animals with compassion. It is not like a CVS and Walgreens showing up on opposing corners. Really??!! This is the care of your pet,. Go with the best, which is the ORIGINAL Animal Emergency Clinic.

This clinic opened up right across the street from an existing emergency clinic trying to put it out of business, and is touted as the brandon branch of the large tampa location. Unfortunately, it carries the high price and poor customer service as it's tampa location but only with a skeleton crew. I had to wait hours to have my pet seen by the 1 doctor and 1 technician they had on staff that evening and paid hundreds of dollars just to be told that I needed to transport my pet to the tampa location to pay thousands. I would never return to this facility.
