AJ Johnson accepted my bid to install heat and cooling in my home in Nelson Co. At first all was good , except a few small things . I told Mr Johnson that I had X amount of money so I didn't want to waste his time , he agreed to take the job and wait for the final payment of $ 1,500 untill we had the house ready for the bank appraisal,we paid him an additional $750 before the house was finished, leaving a balance of $750 . Since his guys put the system in it has broke down three times ! He blames us ! Saying that we are breaking it on purpose ! We have a warranty , but now he says he's going to put a lien on my house ! To this date we have no air , and he said he can't come on the property to fix it because he has a lien on it ? I'm taking this Crook to court !! I give him less then star.
