Master O. has a fabulous program. He has the perfect mix of fun and discipline for children, who increase focus as they grow. My children have attended enthusiastically for more than 7 years with no sign of stopping. Programs for adults include Tae Kwon Do, Cardio Kick Box and now even power yoga.
