I would give this company 0 stars. I sent them a simple service request by email as per request of Barbara never received a confirmation back. Called the next day to confirm they received it and kept getting their service line with no call back and was told that their office hours vary. Called the next day and Never got a call back. Finally I got Barbara on the phone after I called serval times and she said she would have someone out later that day. No one showed up. Call back around noon today and she said she just got into the office and that her techs never made it to site but they will today. 5pm no one showed up. I called and of course got the service again and Urgently requested a call back. I finally received an email saying that they will not be going to site because I called to much. Obviously this company is under staffed. I deal with multiple trades of contractors on a daily basis.I have never dealt with this kind of rudeness.Hope this helps their next customer/victim.
