Simply put... bait and switch. Stood in front of a Laptop in the Braintree store with the code in hand and was sold the laptop by a manager! When I got home, I found out that the laptop PC in the box had previously been opened, resealed and replaced with a unit that had no camera, speakers and other features that was specked on the unit that I had chosen. Next, the return process was like a Nazi interrogation. Finally... I must say that I will never shop there again.
