I was not happy ,because it felt like we were rushed in & things wernt explained we were told to grab a suit,head cover, a neck brace,& a helmit. We put on our suits , then he told us to watch a vidio, then he walked out , came in when it was done & asked if we hade any questions. Then told us to come out to the gocarts look for our names up on the screan, got in, then we went what u call racing. We were soposed to get 5 practice laps & olny got one, & 10 laps of racing.my girlfriend & i only got to go 8-9 times around the track. There were other people that were there & felt like it was to fast or not enough laps. it was there first time too. I just feel like we were rushed in & get this done so the next could go racing. Things should have been better explained , cause the paper work tells it different. I followed the rules & got flaged a couple of times ,don't know for what,but i felt i was being carefull . People were passing me & scweeling tires & allmost hitting walls, & each other, but i felt like i was being carefull. I did'nt want to get kicked out for acting up.i wanted to have fun. Im sorry, but I didnt have fun!! She spent alot of money on this, & feel we didnt get what she paid for. This was a birthday gift to me from her. She even said this was a waist of money. I told my friend & he said that it was expencive,& he had heard the same thing. My girlfriend told a friend of hers the same night & they said they had company functions ,& had a good time. But that must be to closed people. She paid for our licenses & got no paper work ,certificate,nothing. The way i feel is they should give us another race for free, some kind of certificate for ur license,& a better explanation of how the race is done. I called costomer relations & soposed to look into it. I hope she can help me out w-this. Or I will have to call the ceo, & see if he can help with this. I hope this don't happen to some one else. If it does & u dont feel u got ur money's worth, dont be afraid to call & complain!! thank you for ur time.
