Riverside Elementary School offers various courses in art, science, social studies, health and physical education, math, language arts, music and reading. It also maintains a media center that offers an array of books and online resources for classroom assignments. Located in Brainerd, Minn., Riverside Elementary School is nationally recognized as a Blue Ribbon School. It is managed by Brainerd Public Schools, which encompasses an area of more than 750 square miles and is one of the largest school districts in Minnesota. Brainerd Public Schools operates over 15 educational facilities and serves nearly 7,000 students. Its more than 850 employees offer a range of food, health, educational and transportation services.
