      very rude and unintelligent. totally messed up a simple oil change and tire rotation. specifically told them full synthetic and was quoted the price. They used regular oil and did not rotate the tires as requested. Refused to replace the oil with synthetic. now I have to take it some place else and pay for another oil change. will not to business here again.
