Absoloutely the worst! I bought a Chevy Truck here with a Duramax Diesel. I was told at the time of purchase that they serviced Duramax. Well, they don't. And the after-market warranty I was talked into didn't cover ANY of the 1150.00 worth of repairs that needed done. Coolant lines, glow plugs, and injectors are wear items... Go figure. I paid on the truck for 3 months when I received a letter stating that if I didn't start paying for it, they were coming to take the truck away. Babe Chamberlain told me that PNC Bank had been receiving and cashing my checks. Funny... I had a payment book from M&T Bank. He wanted ME to call all of these numbers to fix the problem. I told him to fix it. I didn't make this mess. An absolute disaster from day 1. Not only will I never go back, neither will anybody I know!

This has to be the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I bought a used volkswagon from them on Oct 22, 2011, and have had to put $600.00 into just to get it to pass inspection, which isn't done YET. The check-engine light came on 2 days after I took it home, and when I called to ask if they would repair it, I was told "you bought it as is- we can't help you." They said they would work on it, but at the standard rate of repair. I have had to have the thermostat changed (300.00), the coolant line to the turbo changed (270.00) and the inspection(21.00) which didn't pass so I have to take it back which will cost another 11.00 to have rechecked. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this place like the plague!
