This site was established by the Board of Directors to allow homeowners and other interested parties to stay abreast of current events in our community. We welcome people who are considering Wildewood Springs as a seasonal or full time rental or those who may be considering purchasing into our community. Wildewood Springs consists of 558 units distributed over 7 villages and is located on over 80 beautiful acres of green space. Wildewood Springs is not an age restricted community and we allow small pets within our policy limits.
