The owners are long time residents of Manatee County, Florida and have been married 30 years with 2 children. They want to bring to their internet customers the same great products and service that they've given to Bradenton and Sarasota since 1989. We're a Sub Shop and Butcher Shop carrying on the finest traditions of meat cutting. Our staff has a combined experience of over 100 years. Our business thrives due to our attention to the customer's wants and needs. We're registered with the State of Florida's Department of Agriculture (#05-1799389-1918423). We are certified through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (HLD000236639).
