The Chop Shop is a very friendly shop, with great service. They really know what they're talking about, you can ask them about nearly anything: how to cook something, what they suggest, they'll cut down steaks, pork chops, roasts, etc. down to the size your prefer. I really like the family butcher/ family business feel you get when you walk through the door, plus the meat and deli products are superb.

The best meat I have ever had. The other stores can't beat their prices or quality !! I buy their variety packs and save a bunch of money... they let me order ahead so all I have to do is pick it up and go.... what a convience.

You can enjoy a Fantastic dinner after a long day's work from the chop shop. Their food is incredible. The ribs are the best ribs south of memphis!
