I have used this car wash many times. However recently I attempted to get a wash and the machine took my credit card and then proceeded to announce that it was busy and I needed to wait. However there was no car in the wash and the wash machine timer had stopped and would not proceed. I attempted to contact the number they provided if there was a problem which I did. They said they would respond within 72 two hours. Nothing has happened even after several calls. Here is my time line on this very ignorant business owner and answering service. Splash n Dash, "no-calls" after "no-service". Failed car wash on 1-05-2015 Called 1-5-2015 at 2:07 pm while still at the car wash Called 1-5-2015 at 3:51 pm Called 1-6-2015 at 2:27 pm Called 1-8-2015 at 10:15 am Called 1-9-2015 at 9:12 am Called 1-10-2015 at 10:32 am Called 1-12-2015 at 2:25 pm No answer to any calls as of time of this email Jim a Cortez resident

Great Self Serv Car Wash! Everthing is always working when I am there, even the dollar bill changers! Car always looks great and I dont get water spots like I do at some of the other local car washes. Give it a try!
