Had a technician come out, 2 hours later the TV was not working and I could not get a technician back again until 2 days later. Poor, poor service.

If I could give these idiots a -10 stars I would. I would have better luck w/a trained seal - the operative word being trained. I have been attempting to get my credit with them back for 4 months - now instead of the check I was promised they sent me a credit statement. After speaking with them AGAIN today, they said I have to understand that it takes 6-8 weeks to get me a check! I would like to see them waiting 6-8 weeks for a paycheck!! &%%$ &*)( Spectrum and the horse they rode in on.

My account was switched over by Angelo. This is the second time I have used Bright House and visited their store on HWY 64. Both times have been extremely good service, caring attitude and helpful information. Dennis P.

Thurston B. was outstanding. He answered all my questions and was quite accomodating. Immediately set up an appointment. He was both personal and professional.

We are snowbirds and deal with another company up North. Bright House service is second to none. Same day service, when needed. Polite and friendly techs. Actually can speak to a human being when calling!! Can't say enough great things about Bright House. Keep up the good work!!!!
