yesterday we were in to fill up the gas tank. I gave Becky $50 and ask if I would get the change back that we did not use. she said yes. she cut the pump off at $30 an would not turn it back on. it was a big hassle just to get my $20 back and the gas tank was not full. had to go up the street to finish filling it up. now today they are calling my house and hanging up. it is on my phone I.D.er and when I hit redial they said "oh no we did not call you" then why would their number be on my phone? not good business! I had always done business there but will not ever go there again. the other woman was nice and good. but Becky needs to go. Libby

I've been buying gas twice a month at this shell station for 7 months. I bought firewood there weekly during the winter. I bought gas with my debit card last week and was charged twice. The manager, Cary, accused me of trying to scam them instead of offering a refund. He was rude and unprofessional. He called his book keeper and complained about me ( See what I have to put up with? he says) He tried to put me off till later in the afternoon even though I had a copy of my bank statement right in front of him. He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Not only will I NEVER go there again I'm writing letters to the Better business bureau and the Shell corporation and have let everyone know NOT to ever shop there again.
