They advertise next day delivery. Our salesman forgot to ring up 2 lamps we chose along with several pieces of furniture. We had to go back to the store and pay for the lamps before they would order them. The same salesman said the lamps would be in for pickup in a week. Went back to the store in a week, lamps were not there. Showed our displeasure. The manager came out and promised they would be in in another week. Well well see. I might be writing another review in a few days. Um, 2 weeks for 2 lamps? I dont think well be shopping at Rooms to Go in the future!

Rooms To Go charged us $325 for delivery of three semi-rooms of furniture (in other words, not full rooms!) Can you say OMG!!!! Never will we purchase from them again if they think this is acceptable. When we complained after studying the invoice and calling the store, Susan King, the manager was adamant that this was how it is and refused to acknowledge that we were overcharged. And one piece was cracked and two of the four dining room chairs sat uneven and wobbly. Waiting to see if we actual get these items replaced. Can't recommend ever going there.

I found a living room suit that we wanted. It was a 7 piece all leather set marked on a sales card on the coffee table for 2995.00.we had the salesman write up the order, but when he took it to the manager susan king she would not sell it for the advertized price, she said itwas marked wrong it would be a $1000 more . Would you buy from a bussiness that advertized a item for one price than want you to pay more.
