I came into the shop right after my bad experience with AAMCO. I was greeted by a very nice guy name Scott. My brake light lit up so I came in to get it checked out. I explained how horrible I was treated at the other shop and he immediately reassured me that I would be taken care of. Not only did he refer me to a great mechanic who repaired my brakes but both of them showed me my car while it was being worked on on explained everything in details.. I happened to be a female that just knows nothing about cars so I felt great knowing I was in good hands!!! From now on I will only go to my mechanic at Pep Boys!!

I took my car in for an oil change and spark plugs. When paying they tried to sell me on tire rotation and alignment. The car drove perfectly straight pulling into their parking lot so I said no. Pulling out of the parking lot however the car pulled strongly to the right. I didn't have time to go back that day and ended up at another garage who told me the steering wheel had been knocked out of alignment causing the pulling. I suppose there is a chance was knocked out accidentally but either way i won't be going back.
