We had a great experience with Will Simmons. We shopped around at several dealerships before stopping here. Will was knowledgeable, very hard working and has a genuine sense of humor. I’ll first start off with saying Will is the best!!! I was so nervous as a 21 year old girl coming into buying a car alone assuming I would get taken advantage of with sales. However, this wasn’t the case! Will explained everything step by step. Before even seeing the car, he made sure I was comfortable with the possible $500-$600 monthly payments. Yesterday my husband and I went to the Hendrick Honda dealership in Bradenton and had the best experience we have ever had in buying a car. Mr. Michal Knight was our salesman and he is delightful to work with. He learned what we were looking for and got us the car we wanted. This week, I traded in my Honda HR-V lease and upgraded to a 2020 Honda CR-V and want to say I'm glad I did. I loved the HR-V and was very happy with it, but with family spread around the country, I wanted something with a little more comfort, cabin room, and power for the trips I plan to make. Melissa Richardson, (internet Sales Manager) made the whole process so easy. She found a model with all that I was wanting and went above & beyond through each step of the process, making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. We are extremely satisfied with Hendrick Honda. However, that has to do with the folks that we dealt with. Number one, our Sales Representative Michael Knight. He was superb. Professional, thorough from start to finish and honest. We leased a new Honda CR-V, turning in a previous Honda CR-V. He was thorough in answering any questions we had, found the answer if he did not have it handy, and excellent from the moment we walked in, until we drove out in our new vehicle. We also dealt with Mr. Sandman (Sales Director/Finance). He was honest and gave us the time we needed to make an informed decision. Our finance gentleman, Stephen was also helpful, informative and professional. We are repeat customers and will be back again.

I was very happy with my Honda purchase. I can see why this dealership is so highly regarded. I worked with Chuck Meluch; he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight-forward. I had dealt with other dealerships-and Hendrick Honda (Bradenton, FL) was one of the better experiences that I had. They asked if I needed any help-then "stepped back" and allowed me to take a look at their inventory. Once they realized that I was seriously looking, Chuck returned, answered my questions then took me out for a test drive. When I returned the next day, Chuck and Keith (Koslow) both worked with me; Chuck was selling a car to another customer and sent Keith to go over the car that I was seriously considering. Both worked together very well. The business manager that I worked with to buy the car and get financing was also very friendly. He explained terms very clearly. I also appreciated that despite it being close to "closing time", they stayed until I felt comfortable about my purchase. Chuck sat with me in the car after my purchase and explained where the important components of the car were (gas tank, wipers, sunroof controls, mirrors, head lights, cameras, etc.). Honda-Bradenton also matched the (generous) trade-in value another dealership offered me-and tried to apply as may discounts as they could. You can't beat the personalized service and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car (the Honda brand) and a pleasant, knowledgeable sales team.

Previously bought 3 Honda's from Brandon Honda. Lease was expiring on our Honda CRV and we were not happy with the response we were getting from them. We went to Hendrick Honda in Bradenton and was met by Rob Hawley, our sales associate. Rob is a very friendly person, down-to-earth, not your typical car salesman. Rob took the time to listen to us and review our options. Rob did not pressure us in any way and we drove home in a new 2020 Honda CRV. Rob was a pleasure to work with. Anthony Coleman, Business Manager, was also very friendly and personable. He is very competent at what he does and also did not pressure us to buy any other car care packages.
