My wife came home from a routine oil change from Express Lube in tears. She went into the shop for a 19 dollar oil change and came away with an 85 dollar AZZ lubing. The sales staff harrassed her and pressure her into a power steering change (60 dollars) which she did not want. The staff would not let her continue with the routine oil change until she agreed to the extra services. She again and again said NO, but was still pressured. She was scared of the staff and finally said Yes to avoid further confrontation.
