They picked us up in a FILTHY, I mean extremely dirty car. It was covered with dog hair, dirty clothes, shoes and misc. sports equipment strewn about.
The car they rented to me was INFESTED WITH ANTS. I was brushing ants off of me each time I rode in the car.
The car was so saturated in fragrance from the Clorox wipes that it made my throat burn and it saturated my clothing and hair. It was also not clean, the cloth seats had some kind of crusty grossness on them.
The area manager Tim Cochrane left me one voice mail but has cannot be bothered to pick up the phone to call me back. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.
Absolutely the worst experience renting a car ever, even worse customer service after the fact. I guess they just dgaf.
