Jenni Lewis-Boucher (Owner of Dreamcatcher Building Designs) is a Professional Building Designer with over a decade of experience. Specializing in Residential buildings, our designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective. A Professional Building Designer helps bring your dream home to life. We will work with you to come up with a design that meets as many of your needs as possible while maintaining a reasonable budget. Having a great design doesn't matter if it is too expensive to build. Already have a design that you love? We can help you refine it until you are completely satisfied (or leave it as-is), while ensuring that the design is in accordance with the Florida Building Code. Services Offered: Residential New Construction Plans, Renovation/Remodel Plans, Addition Plans, Accessory Building (Garage, Shed, etc.) Plans, As-Built Drawings (often for un-permitted work) with Necessary Corrections Areas Served Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough & Pinellas Counties Pricing Renovation & Addition Plans start at $500. Design Consultations are $100. New Construction Plans are typically $1.00 per sq ft of total building area. All prices include structural details and certification/seal required for the building department. Additional services available. A deposit of 50% is required to start any project.
