They have multiple locations so beware. I was quoted a certain price per comforter/sham (not down filled) and I was charged a higher price. I was told the linens would be ready within 7-10 business days and that they would call (as is the custom for every other dry cleaner I've ever done business with) when the linens came back. I didn't receive my linens in the packaging I dropped them off in. New miscellaneous stains on the linen. I wouldn't even recommend them to my mother-in-law!
