One Star as they won't allow negative stars! This place is a joke with the rudest lady. They deny fault when something happens to a "fixed" computer after 4 weeks. Don't use them. They are the worst ever. Better off going to Geek Squad at Best Buy across the street where they don't screw you over as bad!!!!
