I want to thank Jeff for the great service he provided for me today. I bought a Key Fob through the mail but needed to get it programmed. I called around and he provided the best cost. When I brought it to him he invested a lot of time getting the Pin number and Key Code, even working after his normal hours to finish it. This was no easy task since his machine indicated that my car would only allow us to program two fob's for my car. When I purchased the car I was only given one. Jeff knew just what to do and by faith I trusted him to do it. He actually had to clear the memory from my car that it has already had two fob's programmed so that he could then go reprogram my old Fob as well as the new one. We had recurring problems with our front door Medeco deadbolt which was installed about 6 years ago by another local locksmith company. Yearly they would have to come out to correct the issues that continually left the lock inoperable and would charge us for every service call and claim the problem happened because we failed to "lubricate" the deadbolt. The final straw with them was having the lock failure happen 2 times in the past 8 weeks! Frustrated being words, I researched for another local company to resolve the problem. I called Jeff at American Lock & Key on a Saturday morning, briefly explained the problem, and he was at our house within the hour. He explained the issue of what was happening to our deadbolt and why, offered several long term solutions, and secured our house with a temporary deadbolt in the meantime. He was very pleasant and professional. We are moving our business to him and wish we had found him years ago!

He made light-work out of my mountain of despair, not like other clowns that pose as locksmiths sent from nationwide agencies! This guy's the real deal and his rates are reasonable-enough.
