Shity service and owner is a coke head from the middle east

Terrible service, nobody answers phone or returns messages, left me waiting at pickup for over 45 min, finally got picked up in 20 year old jalopy, barely made my flight, but lost my preferred seat because he had to stop on the way to fill up gas tank. Unbelievable.
