I called on a Friday morning to have two tires replaced on my car, and they had me in the same afternoon. I was happy with the price on my two radials, the service was friendly, and the manager explained how to make good on a tire warranty in detail, as well as proper tire rotation. Bring your smart phone or a good book, the waiting room is a little drab but the seating is good. I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for my car to be finished but considering how busy it was, no complaints.
