Excellent!! Great customer service

Horrible. Room was filthy. No towels, no toilet paper, no daily housekeeping. Management did not care that we were not happy. Would not offer refund or any type of discount. When I made our reservations, I asked for a non-smoking King size room on the first floor. I was assured it was available and it had a refrigerator and microwave. Only a smoking room on the first floor was available. We ended up on the second floor with no refrigerator and no microwave. Ice machines did not work. They had coffee and cereal. But the milk was left out on the counter and the cereal was open. I had to ask them to make coffee at 8:00 in the morning because it wasn't ready.
