After having a very bad experience at Pep Boys in another location, I was hesitant to try them again. I had an intermittent squeak coming from the front end of the car, breaks or belts I wasn't sure and it needed to be checked. I decided to give Pep Boys one last try and wasn't disappointed with this location. Upon arrival, I explained about the squeak and that I needed to have the car looked over as it was overdue for maintenance. I was told it would be about an hour before they got back to me, so I took a seat in the waiting room. An hour later, they knew I needed front break pads (expected this) and that the fuel system & radiator needed flushing (also expected), but they were still looking for the squeak (not unexpected). Within a half hour, they found the source of the squeak, it was the brakes, and let me know it would take maybe 2 hours to complete. In and out total time, just over 3 hours, which is acceptable to me. I recommend this location to anyone needing service.

had an oil change done w/free tire rotation, these idiots broke my lug nuts and dndt seem to care, while they did repair it for free they act like i was to blame for them torque n my tires to tight. i will NEVER use t hem again!!!!! No respect for there customers and bad or none knowledgeable garage guys......

you need to take a closer look at who you hire for sales people. i dealt with Larry today he has the personality of a "rock"! i ask for an oil change he says nothing and my price ends up being $60 because synthetic is recommended in the computer, i have had my oil changed there many times at about $35 a pop. and Larry could care less how long you wait to get the paperwork done. i like your store but never again for an oil change.
