1st time visit and it was great. Wish I had know about this location earlier. Great staff! I will be back!
My visit was on 11/11/16.
My meds were sent to my pharmacy on time but had to wait for them to fill them.
I had no problems at all with my visit and I will be back next time.

Went to Urgent Care again yesterday (10-21-16), the young lady at the front desk was awesome, but the check-in nurse Angie and the nusre Emma were very unfriendly. Dr. Amos was really no better than the other doctor they was there. He checked my ears, throat and chest told me he would give me a sinus cocktail shot and a prescription for Amoxacillian that I'm allergic to so he didn't even look at my chart and he didn't send my meds to Walgreens. The owner need to get staff in there that wasn't to work and be professional. If someone is sick they dint want to go to a place where they have crappy, horrible service!!! Well I have a new place now they I'll be going to from this point forward. GETWELL URGENT CARE!!!

This was the worst medical visit of my life! Urgent Team prescribed me a antibiotic...4 days later it still hadn't reached Wal-Mart pharmacy!...i had to go back to the building & request my prescription ...just to hear about how sorry Wal-Mart handles their e-mail prescriptions...to top it off they did the exact same thing on my refill!...after i paid my $95 office visit ...i get a mailing from Urgent Team that i owe another $121...took my vitals & prescribed me a $4 antibiotic costing me over $200 & still had an attitude when i couldn't get my medicine!..i will not be going back to that place ever again!

This place is horrible, went there for my yearly exam.the waiting room process wasn't long only took about 10minutes and I was on to the back,it took and hour for someone to come into the exam room, and that's after I called the front to see if they had forgotten me.I was just disgusted with the hold process and as of today I haven't gotten my test results back yet and that was a over a month ago.will never go back.

I have been to this clinic multiple times for a diet plan/prescription. The wait is horrible. An hour + in the waiting area and another 30-45 in the back waiting on the NP to see me.

On top of the horrible service, I am supposed to pay a flat fee for diet, yet I continually get a bill coded Est pt lvl 3. This is a code for sick/well visits that use a clinic for family care. I asked the desk clerk this morning why I keep getting billed when I've paid in full up front, and she can't give me an answer. What a freaking joke! I'll never be back! Don't trust these people with your health!

Wait time was ok, staff somewhat friendly but they have a new doctor working here and she couldn't care less about the status of her patients. If you want to get your results back you have to call them and see what they were they will leave you in limbo.



One thing about health care services you have to trust that you are getting help.



Why are they in business?

Long wait time, waited one hour in waiting room, before even getting into see someone. This office does not call back to give you test results, let alone do a follow up call to see how the patient is doing. Today I had to call for test results, only to find the phone number is disconnected!

Right around the corner from my apt, went there on a friday after 3pm and got quick service for my daughter. Would return, only complaint is that the doc prescribed two over the counter medications that i already had. If you're going to issue a prescription, issue it for something my insurance will cover, otherwise just tell me to pick it up or ask if i already have it.
