HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT- they think they can just walk into youre apt when ever they please. Even after I have made multiple complaints. And The property manager is completely useless.

horrible management scam artists. complain about everything so they can evict u and collect will come in ur place while ur gone. sued my neighbor for 13 grand and suing me now for stuff i did not do! they are always keepin tabs on u and they will make sure they sue u and u cant get in any other place like me since they slandered me so badly to other places i applied. if u dont believe me inbox me and i will forward u my paperwork.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I moved in. We're getting so many "complaints" about our dog "barking all the time when we're gone". We're never gone during the "quiet hours" (8AM-9PM) and when we are gone, he isn't barking when we leave and isn't barking when we return... We bought a "Sonic Egg" for good measure though and stood in the hall (with Randy) to listen for 30 min. Not a peep.



The storage units they have are "first come first serve". My boyfriend and I picked one, checked on it a month later only to find it had been broken into by the jerk below us. When we complained, since the guy who broke into it moved his stuff in and ours out, the management told us they couldn't do anything about it since there was "no proof", but they would be installing cameras soon enough *rolls eyes*.



We've had a giant crack in our window since the day we moved in and it still hasn't been addressed.



A bunch of teenagers moved in across the hall and it was very obvious they were smoking pot. The stench permeated the whole building!



All of the lights outside blink, flicker, or are too dim to see.



And our newest issue? A HUGE brown recluse problem! (Found at least six in the last week.) Guess what management is going to dooooooo? NOTHING!



As I'm writing this there are a bunch of kids unsupervised screaming in the little park (it's 9:30 PM, by the way).



Stuck here until December and regretting being frugal. *sigh* :(
