I agree with all the previous reviews in a few respects. No matter how early I come for an appointment, there is always a long wait upstairs in the waiting room. It is annoying and frustrating. Once downstairs where they do the mammos, I find the people always very professional, kind and capable.

I have never wrote a review before, but the experience i had at this place has me compelled to write one. The only reason its getting one star is because im forced to. Stay far far far away from this place and save yourself 10yrs worth of stress and anger in one visit. The only reason we went is because its the only place doing a certain procedure other then the Manhattan office. 1st let me start off just to make a appointment over the phone should of been an indicator of this place. They hung up on my wife 3 times after puting her on hold. Then me (husband) 2 times before i lost it on the phone with them. The office is busy and over crowded. The staff is rude and look miserable maybe they cant handel the volume of people if thats the case they need to find a diffrent office to work in. They had us waiting 2 1/2 hours because they had to call my insurance . Not once did anyone come up to us and let us know what was going on .and when i asked what was taking so long thats all they said "we have to speak with your insurance" and would just blow you off. The only reason i kept my cool was because i was with my wife and daughter. After 3 hours of waiting the called my wife. Dont go here , go anywhere else but here.

This office is the most unprofessional office I have EVER dealt with.



You call to try and make an appointment and they leave you on hold for over 10 mins and then hang up on you and continue to do it until you actually get someone that answers the phone that will help you.



I tried calling for over an hour and was put on hold 3 times before I was even asked what I was calling for!!!



The girls that answer the phones in this office should all be fired and replaced!

This is a horrible place. Administrative and managing services here are a total disaster and ridiculous! My appointment was at 10:30, I came at 10:00 - and all paperwork was completed at 10:15. Because I am a claustrophobic for MRI, I took 30 min before the procedure the prescribed medication. After 10:30 they didn't call me, than I let them know that I am already premedicated and my medication already start working - I was so sleepy. They told me to wait another 45 min. I was waiting until 12:00 (2hours) and still they didn't call me. Finally I resigned, took my papers, went home. I made an appointment for the next day in Manhattan (not for Doshi), where the usual waiting period is not more than 15 minutes ( I was there before). I wanted to used the Doshi Diagnostic because, it is located in my neighborhood, but I waste my time. Never, ever Doshi!
