I go to Danal's frequently because I like the food and I think have reasonable prices. Great margaritas with a homey atmosphere.

What a pleasant surprise, and in our own backyard, so to speak, as we live in Irving-- about 5 minutes away! A friend of ours came in after having his lunch one day, and was extoling the virtues of this wonderful restaurant. My brother was visiting from Norway during the holidays and wanted some authentic Mexican food. So off we all went, and we were so pleased. The fajitas and enchiladas are terrific and the salsa is perfect. The portions are ample, and we ended up taking home another meal! In addition to the food being superior, the employees are very friendly (and kind to us gringos-- hehe). If you are looking for a family-style environment and food that is guaranteed to please, check it out!!

This small restaurant is a favorite of Hispanics in Dallas, because it serves authentic Mexican food, not Tex-Mex. Great soups and enchiladas with Green Chile sauces. The fajitas are great! Not a fancy place, located in a strip mall at the intersection of Pioneer and O'Connor in Irving. The menu is in Spanish and English, but for all the Gringos there are also pictures so you know what you are ordering. If you want the real deal, this is the place.
