I purchased my blinds three years ago when I moved into my new house. The kitchen window is nine feet wide and covered with a venetian blind. The pull cord started to fray recently and I contacted the BlindGuy for a service call. Steven Lambert contacted me on the day of service and asked if he could come an hour early on the service day, a pleasant surprise. He arrived about ten minutes later and restrung the blind, evened up the bottom which had developed a sway due to the width of the blind, cleaned up all the bits of cord he had to cut, and was done in thirty minutes. All at not charge! I own some rentals and when I need new window coverings they will be the first and only ones I call. Excellent service and nice/professional people to work with!

I purchased my blinds 10-15 years ago. One of the mounts on the front window blind broke yesterday. I called this a.m. (6/4) and spoke to Mike who immediately asked when they could come and repair the blind. They came to my home in less than 2 hours. Steven, Blind Guy Technician, was very professional and got right to work, not only fixing the mount but fixing some broken hardware on two other blinds. Our 8-foot wide honeycomb blind needed restringing. Even though the blind was installed by The Blind Guy about ten years ago, a service person came to our home the same day we called for service and re-strung and re-mounted the blind with no charge to us--that's excellent service!

I used them for blinds and screened door. They Installed the wrong door and one that was to short. They tried to fix it and did so poorly. About a month and a half later the door sweep came off. we have tried to get a hold of them for 2.5 years with no success. They will not return any of our calls. Would not recommend them to anybody. Reported them to the BBB and they finally responded to them. They said they would come out and check the door and never did.

I have lived in Bozeman 46 years and have done many house remodels before the boom and during the boom. I have used the Blind Guy several times with confidence on the product and service. I have had a few repairs over the years and they have always fixed them as an urgent matter. I would recommend them all day long.

have tried to reach these jokers twice and they won't return any calls. Do not do business with them. Poor customer service. Avoid them, other reviews are not good either.

I would not recommend www.blindguy.com. They do not stand behind the products they sell with warranty or service. I bought blind for my home and have been unable to get them to respond to warranty work. The blinds have warped and do not close. The blindguy.com representative has disconnected his phone number and the main office for wwww.blindguy.com will not provide any assistance. DO NOT BUY BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY!
