They broke my rear window and denied it. I heard it when the guy with the pressure washer hit my vehicle. They tried to say I came to the car wash with a broken window, so I could make them replace it. Really stupid. The guy with the pressure washer should have said something when the glass crack. There's no mistaking the spidering of tempered glass. It also takes alot of force to break it. Easier done with a sharp metal object like a pressure washer wand.
