I think they have great customer service and never a problem with my garbage pick-up.

They are always prompt, courteous, and professional when I call. In the year that we have used them there have been no issues.

They answered right away, knew who I was, and situation was solved immediately.

I just called, someone answered right away and sent the garbage guy back to my house to dump my trash since I forgot to put it out this a.m. ( : Totally MY fault and they are going to fix it for me, no charge. I am very pleased! Thank you for being so understanding, Allied! You are my hero this Friday morning...

I moved to a Belgrade rental the middle of May from California. Today's date is September 9. To date I have never received a bill from Allied. I natually assumed management was paying the bill. Allied called today and left a message of what I owe--over $100.00. Now, here's the real complaint. I spent 15 minutes trying to get thru to someone by phone. I got a 'mailbox' which was full. I tried pay the bill on this web site; but, I need the account number; and how could I have that if I've never received a bill. By the way, Allied says they have sent me 2 bills. I've faithfully received my electric bill, cc bill, phone bill; why would I not receive Allieds! I'm sorry to say Allied has very poor management and customer service.

Doesn't anyone answer the phones over there? The only option I have is to leave a voice mail? Ridiculous!
