This company is terrible. The sales people did not get anything correct or remember our needs that we discussed. Also, the technician(s) did not seem very intelligent. I give them a "0". At one time they had a guy that came from an audio company, he is no longer there. However, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Now there is no one there that knows anything or cares, we went to a different company (much better). Go to a different company that has a brain and cares.
