Delicious gourmet American bistro located in central downtown, be sure to get reservation as this place fills up fast.

Had dinner there for my birthday this past Tuesday. Shrimp & Risotto was amazing. We eat there often but had never had that particular dish! A must try for anyone who loves amazing flavors and beautiful presentation!!

The flavors and creativity of the food is out of this world. It pleases all the senses. Beautiful decor and and friendly attentive service.

Alex was a good and knowledgable waiter. Food was terrific. We want to know where in the bar stools are from.

We were on a week end visit to Bozeman, and decided to visit this place. What is big dissappointment . The Ceasars salad was bad for $6. They did not bother to even wash the lettuce and it was grimy with sand. The Home made wild mushroom Ravioli is an insult to any good person who knows Italian food. The Mahi Mahi at $26 was like a amateur chef's experiment.

My wife and I were in Bozeman recently for our 10 year wedding anniversary . After asking several locals it was clear "The Bistro" was the place to go. We were extreamly happy with our choice. The Bison was the best steak I have ever eaten. My wife had the shrimp rissoto and cannot stop talkin about it. The staff made us feel extra special on our anniversary and went out of their way to please us. We have eaten all over Montana and this was simply the best!

As a local, I know of many great places to eat in Bozeman. Met some family there last night, and wow, what a disappoinment. Way way overpriced for small portions! $14.00 for a hamburger in Montana? Other menu items averaged over $25.00 for things like Tofu Fried Rice. Ask for and order from the kids menu, is the only reasonably priced food in the place.

You should try the Sesame Ginger Chicken Salad. Great stuff!

This place was amazing! Everything you would want from a dining experience; flavorful and healthy food, friendly service and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. Special requests were not a problem with the server communicating with the chefs to make sure all of our needs were met. All of this for a reasonable price. We were thrilled with the whole experience. Not only will be return, but we will tell our friends about our fantastic experience at John Bozeman's Bistro.

I have been going to The Bistro for years and have loved their very unique style.My wife and I love the new menu and cannot wait to choose our next dinner.we highly recommed this restaurant.

They have a great menu and impeccable service. Great place for a quiet meal and a glass of wine.
