Wow! What a horrible adventure! And my son didn't even get to go fishing...

My son "17" thought it would be fun to go out on a charter boat, so he checked out the local offerings, He thought that the Sea MistIII might be a good fit, So he bought his ticket online, They said to be there 1 hour early, So we were there one hour early, There were 2 young people on the boat just sitting there... So I asked if we were allowed to look on the boat? NO! They said, Ok, I don't have a problem with that AT ALL, rules are rules, just the way it was barked at me. so we sat there and waited and watched. Now there is a show! There is not allowed to be any alcohol on board the boat! Great! I would rather my son not be fishing with a bunch of "Partiers".

So here comes this young adult, he is drinking a bottle of Bud Light, he walks on board, goes inside, gets two more bottles, finishes the first, opens the second one with the third ! The trip was cancelled "Rough Seas". I'm glad it was. Bad Experience!

Im only 16 but iv been going on this boat since i was at least 8 and through my years i have had some real great times on this boat the crew are nice and funny the fish you can catch are unbelievible this is something that i think alll people should get to experience

It was a nice trip. I really liked the crew and had a fun time.

I LOVE this boat. I go to Boynton Beach once or twice a year and make it a point to go fishing with the Sea Mist III and the crew. I have to admit that half of the reason I love this boat so much is due, in-part, to the amount of old men that are also on board. I love the little old men that reside in southern Florida. Anywhow, the fishing is fun and the crew is fun and very helpful. I took my little one the last trip and they were very cute with her. She caught two Yellow Tail Snappers and they made a very big deal of it. :) On top of being very affordable it is in all a good way to spend half a day.

I took my family out on the Sea Mist III and we had a great fishing experience. My boys caught their first fish (Yellowtail Snapper) and they are hooked. They can not wait until next year to go out on the Sea Mist III again. Many thanks to the crew for their hard work.

O.M.G. I concur with the last review the locals scramble to the best areas on the boat with multiply rods in hand while the crew directs you the guest to grab a spot, providing a less than adequate equipment not to mention the hooks that are dull and should be discarded.

The crew are always assisting the locals and guess what you just have to wait.

After all that bull they expect a tip, good luck. No wonder they are offer two for one admission. I would rather fish from the pier.

I had a great time on the Sea Mist III. The crew was very good. They answered all my questions and were helpful and friendly. The boat was clean and even though I did not catch much fish I was just happy to be out on the ocean. I think it was a good deal, everything provided to fish and a nice boat ride, all for just $37.00. I will definitely go out on the Sea Mist III again.

If your a local it is the best i would think, but if your a vacationer like me beware

the locals take over every square inch of the boat with multiple rods they bring with them leaving people like me and my son with crap ,

the first mate i wanted to punch in the nose he needs to move on , the other mate was great even after he stuck a hook in his finger , he should be 1st mate . It's totally a different attitude from the last time we went out on the sea mist this was a terrible trip so bad my son said he does not want to go on the boat anymore we have been going on that boat for 6-7years, all ways see a nice older guy who works for the town of Atlantic, but i don't think they should let the locals take every good spot and screw the tourist, then want us to tip them, this is the first time in my life i didn't tip a crew i usually tip 10-20 per head, i was pissed . last year we rode on top with the captain had a great time , man has the sea mist changed, i would think that if i was 1st mate when i see customers from out of town come aboard i would take care of them ,rather than making them feel like their not welcome , which is how i felt, so hopefully they leave a nice tip or at least it would make them think about it. hopefully the locals tip the mates big because if they don't the mates are going to starve on that boat. let me tell you it started as soon as we walked on the boat not one hello from the 1st mate who was standing right when you walked on saying find a spot on the left as he talked with his local pals totally ignoring me and my son, for a guy who makes his money off the way he treats his passengers that boy has a lot to learn. i won't be back while that mate runs that boat. don't even know his name . sorry sea mist but you have a attitude problem on your boat ,try to be nice to your out of town guests they have the money .

Took my children out fishing on the Sea Mist III and they loved it. The crew was very kind, helpful, and informative.

The price was pretty reasonable and we caught a few fish too. My kids keep asking to go out again.
