Toby, Manager, and her Mom should not be in the food industry. They do not know how to deal with customers and do not know that the customer is always right. Arguing over an order for a well toasted bagel scooped out that was not toasted well at all and not scooped out - instead of apologizing and offering to redo the item or refund the $3.13, they shouted at the customer and insisted they were right. Lost a customer who will now send all family and friends to competitor.

You have to try the bagles. Publix, sams, BJ's sell bagels, but until you try one from Einsteins you don't know what you have been missing. We are hooked. The only problem I see at the store I went to is that they have a mold problem with their A/C

I could not wait to get outside.
