We offer both mechanically fastened and fully welded trailer models. Our experienced craftsman produce a superior product using TIG and MIG welding techniques and 316 stainless steel alloy fasteners to produce a product with exceptional durability to withstand the harsh marine environment. At Evolution Trailer Technologies we use only the finest trailer components available in the industry. Standard equipped with Air Tight™ pressurized bearing protectors, Optronics Glolight™ LED lighting with fully tinned marine grade wiring and epoxy sealed heat shrink wire connections. Available options such as DeeMaxx™ full stainless steel disc brakes and BluDot™ stainless steel brake lines ensure that your Evolution Technologies Trailer never leaves you or your investment on the side of the road. Industry innovations such as Evolution Trailer Technologies fully welded aluminum bunk system and UHMW (ultra-high molecular weight polymer) bunk skids provide the Evolution owner with a virtually maintenance free vessel support system. No wood or carpet to replace annually. UHMW provides a nearly friction free surface offering almost effortless loading and unloading of your performance boat.
