I will be filing a formal complaint and grievance against this company for the excessive maltreatment of a senior citizen. When I tried to address the concerns with the owner on the consumer's behalf, I was hung up on by a very rude Samantha. This matter has been submitted to the state's attorney general office, Better Business Bureau and Better Business Alliance. I will be seeking legal representation. If you are a consumer shopping for service, avoid this one!
