It was fun. We had dinner here on my birthday. The big disappointment was the gumbo. I read newspaper reviews about GoGo Gumbo and with that name I expected some really great gumbo. It was more like salty brown gravy with some good shrimps in it. I didnt find the crab meat that was promised. Since I had the gumbo first, I was wondering if coming here was one of those mistakes. Our entrees were delicious. I had the crab-crusted tilapia and my wife had a shrimp dish. My daughter ordered the sampler and really enjoyed a couple of the entree samples. The big-chunk crab pot pie just didn't deliver. I was served a piece of banana cream pie with an exciting surprise on top! The pie was excellent!

In summary, it was fun and I had a good meal. I will probably go back sometime.

Had a great night with the girls, ordered 3 different dishes and the Banana Cream Pie. All of them just amazing! Hard to choose from the wonderful menu, best part is watching what others order and asking them how they liked it. 5 STARS!!!

We live out of state but visit Gogo's everytime we come home to visit. We've been going ever since they first opened (2008?) and we are amazed that there is now an hour wait---on a Tuesday night! But, totally worth the wait. Everything on the menu is excellent. My personal favorite is the halibut dish served with lobster mac n' cheese and grilled asparagus, but you can't go wrong with any of it. Even the kids love this place, and everytime they come to Boyd they want to go. And, you can even pick out a t-shirt before you leave. Don't pass this one up!

This place is AWESOME! Who knows why Chef Kraig Thome decided to locate in Boyd and who cares. Don't miss this hidden gem, it won't stay off the radar for long.
