I would not recommend Greenbriar Inc to anyone. They find a way to keep your security deposit when you move out. The customer service is terrible. Try to take your complaint to another level other than the rude people in their office. You will never get beyond that point which is why they treat people the way they do. They forget that the people who are renting pay their salaries. We rented our apartment for two years and when we moved out they sent us a bill for $100 to clean the carpet. I asked shouldnt they normally clean the carpet after two years. They said they do not clean the carpet when a new tenant moves out or before a new tenant moves in. That is just nasty.
