0 STARS. Problems: Water underneath door (and soaking carpet) with every rain and melting snow. Horrible craftsmanship. Paint = water + cheap paint; it comes off when you wipe the walls with a wet rag (and then CB will charge you to re-paint it). Internet doesn't work from 3-11pm. They will find every excuse (even fabricated ones) to take your entire security deposit (which is equal to a month's rent). You have to pay to have the carpets cleaned when you move out; according to law, that's normal wear and tear and should be covered by the renting organization. Units are not sound-proof in the least: my neighbor's parrot woke me up every morning. My unit had a huge gap around the air conditioning unit, which let cold air in during the winter. Windows also were not tight. On the walkthrough to let you know if you will be charged for anything at move-out, they have someone unqualified do it, so you are later charged for unexpected things. I recommend anywhere except CB. No value for price.
