CITY AUTO SALES OWNER totalled my car before I drove it off the lot! They take my car telling me 20 minutes to fix the windows. After an hour and a half goes buy we start asking questions and only then did they tell us they had wrecked my paid and signed for car!! The "OWNER" completely totalled the entire left side of my car!! He was unapologetic, rude and had the nerve to offer me $200 for $3000 worth of damage when I payed $2700 for the car! Then tried to tell me my only option was to fix it there and I couldn't do it through insurance in my own state. Obviously I called the police, he was the same officer who witnessed the wreck and he suggested himself to get my money back immediately, that what the owner was saying was a lie,was not my only option and I could go through insurance and it would be covered but would be a hassle that he wouldn't go through himself if he had to deal with this car lot and owner. He highly suggested I return the car and at the point the car was hideous and more than anything I didn't want these people to profit off what they had done and how they treated it like it was nothing! Anyone who can total someone's new car and not care, deliberately lie about it in the first place, mislead me,falsely advertise it with no damage or problems and can't drive down the street without totalling a car is NOT someone who can be trusted! Some of their cars may be inexpensive but these people can not be trusted for anything! Learn from me and don't ever go to 1906 Russellville Rd bowling green Ky!
