Giorgio’s got us a great tux with all the black accessories that we wanted. It looked great, just a little short in the length of the pants.
There were a couple things that I didn’t like. The price in the book for the tux we wanted had $149 clearly marked in large white print. Our sales guy said “that’s wrong, it’s $179. Isn’t that false advertising? Bait and switch? Total cost was over $200, which seemed high to me.
Also, we ordered on Tuesday for Saturday event. I was told it would be in and ready on Thursday and that they would call to let us know it could be picked up. No call Thursday. I called early on Friday. They said it would be in at 1:30 and they would call us to let us know to come pick up. No call, AGAIN. I called back at 4:00 and was able to pick up at 6:00. We had no time to address the issues of too short pants.
