I have only been going 2 days now and I’m so happy I decided to do this! This is the most positive and helpful boxing/kickboxing gym I could have asked for! I mean it’s a total body workout and it leaves you feeling very empowered after each workout! I also have my 15yr old son going with me and he loves it as well! Amazing owners very friendly and motivating! I can’t do a whole lot yet due to lung and back issues and not one person at this gym makes me feel like I’m not doing what I should nothing but positive comes from coach and the other members! If your overweight, out of shape or have medical reasons why you can’t do certain things don’t let that stop you from coming you don’t have to go all out you can modify and go at your own pace and feel comfortable doing it! Definitely recommend this gym to anyone and everyone! First class is even free to see if it’s a fit for you!
