Everytime...and yes I mean EVERYTIME that I have gone in there for fish, fish supplies,and reptile supplies there is never anyone in that department to assist you! You always have to go to register to ask for help and then sometimes the person you see come over was the same one you saw outside smoking or talking with other employees. Is your job that stressful you need to roam away constantly for a breather...wait till they get real jobs! Yes the store is clean but, a clean store is not what sells merchandise! The promptness of assistance is what make a better experience!! Expecially when 5 employees are huddled in a circle talking and goofing off on company time!
