      Needed to replace my mattress of 20 yrs. I saw the Mattress Firm store while driving. Found it's website showing selection and pricing...AND 1 "review" (bad). Because it was close, I went there (1605 N. State) anyway.
      I was promptly greeted by Anthony (the salesman) who then asked me what I "wanted and needed" (so he could help me)...and then showed me MY choices. He explained the "advantages/disadvantages" of each. The store mgr. (Marty) came to see if he could also help me. I decided what I wanted and needed.
      We sat to discuss pricing and payment options. The ENTIRE (pleasant and fun) purchase "process" took less than an hour! Anthony and Marty were a pleasure to work with!
      A time was set for "delivery and removal". The delivery men were on time AND done in 30 min.!
      This was a great "buying experience"...UNLIKE that "review"(bad) that I read.
