This place did shoddy work on my highlights, the stylist seemed over booked and left bleach on my highlights too long while she was working on someone else hair. My hair is now damaged and there has been a lot of breakage.She also pulled the bleach through the ends on hair that has already been highlighted (stylists are not suppose to do this) causing even more damage! I would not recommend this place!

I travel a lot which means I have to find good hair cutter and colorist in the various locations where I work and travel. I went to Zinke Knoebel Hair Salon in Boulder. I had my hair colored and cut. Megan Robertson did an amazing job with the color. I don't like harsh chemicals. Megan used products that were more organic and gentle on my hair. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. I have naturally curly hair. Finding someone who is able to cut into my layers and curls is not easy. I've been receiving compliments on how great my hair looks. As far as the salon, the place is beautiful. The staff are highly customer oriented. They offer great advice on how to keep your hair healthy. I highly recommend this hair salon.

I am a student at CU who normally gets her hair done in Denver. I decided to try to find a place up here in Boulder and was pretty nervous (I had been going to the same hairstylist in Denver for years now). I'm very particular about my hair and I can safely say that this salon did a wonderful job! My hairstylist was one of the owners, Michelle Knoebel, and I absolutely loved her! She did an amazing job with my highlights and I am so happy to have found such a great salon so quickly! I would recommend this salon to everyone!!

I have been struggling with finding a hair salon that does good on color! For years I would just settle with bad blonde color and finally I leave the salon happy and love my color!! Megan is fantastic!!! I would recommend this salon to everyone!!!

I loved FIX up until the last 6 months - best hair ever, very creative people. However, best stylists have been leaving the salon. It's not the same as place that has been highly rated over the last 2 years.

I have been a loyal client of this salon for over a year but after my last experience, I will NOT be returning. I went to see someone that was not my regular stylist due to my schedule and was overcharged for services I did not ask for or need. I was informed by the stylist that she would do these other treatments but did not inform me beforehand that they would be close to $100 additional charge!!! I spoke to the manager and the price was lowered "slightly" - there should not have been a charge at all! I have no problems with paying additionally for treatments but would like to know how much they will cost before they are done. My regular stylist is amazing at what she does and it is unfortunate she has lost a client because of the lack of customer service and honesty that was recently exhibited.

Modern, innovative- looks like a nightclub. The stylists are all friendly and very educated in their art. I definitely reccomend a visit. You'll be back time and time again for you "FIX"!

I was "wow struck" when I stepped in! What a cool set up! The stylists, owner, manager and receptionist were courteous and friendly. I felt welcomed and listened to by the staff. They take the time to make sure you are pleased with the results as you go along. State-of-the-Art facility. Great, convenient location (you can smell the Starbuck's coffee brewing). Go there, you'll be a customer for the long run!
